Although the winter solstice is the darkest day of the year, and the beginning of a cold winter season, it also marks the start of days getting longer and warmer. Rejuvenate the body & mind with sun salutations: a series of 12 poses flowing together with your breath. Repeated 108 times, this become a meditation in movement experience.
